So, 2008...went by fast. A lot of heartaches than sweet memories that i can relate to. However, the blessings i got was new frens. Good, cool and happening frens. TQ guys n gals!! Luv u all!! Muaxxx!!
I had a very quiet Christmas, dinner and attended mass with my god-family. New year also was kinda low-key as i was already having my illness since the eve. Celebrated with my best fren's family.
I never did any resolutions for the new year cos i dun reli believe in it. But i do have some plans. Hopefully, with God's grace, all works out as planned. I've also been told that my horoscope aint that good this year. As much as i don't wanna be bothered by it, yet i feel i shoud just pray alot to keep my mind in peace and calm. So, i decided to go spiritual this year which happens to be a coincidence cos my baptism is in April.
We had a Christmas celebration with kids in Shah Alam. It was fun till de rain spoilt it. So, in de end we ended up playin de games in de rain!! My group had water balloons and flour!! So, i ended up goin home in batter form!! I had to take revenge, thus, messed up my team leader's car. Hehehe......
I also had de opportunity to put up my 1st Christmas tree!! I was so moved by it that i cried tears of joy!! Talk about being emo!! Just for a change, i also went to highlite my hair for the upcoming celebrations. Simply la!!
My best fren finally came back after almost a month being in Singapore. She came just in time for new year. She dragged me back to her home and i had a beautiful opening to the new year. We had prayers and went out for a drink. The next day, which was new year itself, i was attcked by the worst fever ever. I had 2b in bed, alone at home. She came over n again dragged me to her grandfather's temple, Buddhist temple and church in Bangsar and Brickfields. My fever got worst after that. Too much of God's blessings i guess??
That night again she dragged me 2 her home. They were planning to celebrate her 2nd bro's birthday which was on the 2nd. I was touched by how they accepted me in the family. They really showered me with lotsa love and care. Her mother sees me as her eldest daughter. Even her 2nd bro, who happens 2b a very reserved person, acknowledged me as his elder sis and socialised with me well. My galfren was reli surprised. But i felt bad cos i didn't get anything 4his birthday. But i guess de warmth of their love was enough.
